Raffle Rules

Raffle Spots:
Each raffle will have between 4 to 50 spots. Use the "Shop" link below to purchase spots for the item of your choice.

Purchasing Spots:
Select the item with your desired spot number from our online shop and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout once you've selected your spots.

Raffle Completion:
Raffles are completed once all spots are sold.

Transfer Fees:

Pick-Up:
FFL transfer fees are included if you pick up from Jaguar Arms.

Shipping:
If you choose to have the item shipped to an FFL in your area, we will contact you regarding any applicable shipping fees. Note that you may need to pay transfer fees with your local FFL if not using Jaguar Arms.

Eligibility:
Winners must be 21 years or older for firearms. Winners must be 18 or older for knives and firearms accessories. If a winner is prohibited from owning the item, all purchased spots will be forfeited, and a redraw will occur.

Winner Contact:
We will attempt to contact the winner three times via email, phone, or Facebook. If we cannot reach the winner, a redraw will take place.

Drawing:
Winners will be selected via a random drawing.

Firearms Transfer:
All firearm transfers require ATF Form 4473 and a NICS check. Only the winner may claim the item due to Form 4473 requirements and laws against straw purchases.

Final Sale:
All sales are final. There will be no exceptions to any of the above rules.
